As a Golf Club with regular competitions, we make available here the competition results as follows:

The Captain, this year Graham Plant, has the following work routines with his team:

1) Dave Cottrell is the vice Captain and handicap secretary who verifies the cards after each competition and passes these to the Captain for final verdict and prize giving. At the end of each week/month the results published to the players after the competition will be written down and forwarded to Robert for publication on the website. Dave also summarizes the events of the day after each match and these will be compiled in a newsletter.

2) In the unlikely event of Dave being absent, Peter or Lloyd will stand in and perform the above.

3) Robert will collect handicap updates, newsletters, monthly results and social events for publishing on the website. However as he cannot be all places all the time all members are requested to forward pictures of events, news stories or social activity proposals to him, so they can be shared with the club. The events of the past 12 months are kept on the website. Older info is not kept in archives.

4) Tim Drew is the "sword of Damocles" for ruling evaluations in the club. Fairness of local rules; formal rules and playing questions and handicaps will be evaluated by him.

5) The Captain makes sure it all works smooth and will take the necessary decisions to drive in the right direction.
